If an item(s) is physically out of stock on your order, we will fulfill what is currently available and short ship. Shipping charges will not be partially refunded.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back in charges, once the package has exited our facility. If your package is lost or stolen in transit you will need to make a claim with the carrier you selected when checking out.
Return To Sender
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Runwae Apparel, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if an address is invalid or missing information and the carrier is unable to deliver your package.
Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be refunded minus the initial shipping charge and $5.00 restocking fee. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please place a new order after reaching out to us via email. However, please keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.Email Us
