What can I return?
We are terribly sorry that things didn't work out! We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
All sale items are final and shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be in same as new condition. Runwae Apparel reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items.
To confirm that we are certain of where your return is coming from, please include a note with your order confirmation number, name, as well as the reason of your return.
Once we received your package, your refund will be issued of the original method of payment immediately. Additional cost associated with returning an item will be at the responsibility of the customer. Runwae Apparel is not responsible for customers' returns that are not received from our team, we highly recommend shipping with a tracking number and including insurance to secure this transaction process.

Please go ahead and purchase the new product of your choice. Then send us your previous order to one of the addresses below with the order number receipt included with the order. When we receive the original purchase we will provide you with a full refund on that order. This ensures that you receive the order you like, this allows you to receive the new order faster, while we process your refund quickly.
